A CHANGE IN BEHAVIOR MUST TAKE PLACE NOW BEFORE WE LOSE OUR FACILITIES!
On February 29, 2016, the following letter was sent to Commissioner Jeffrey Wilson regarding poor behavior in the North Babylon Schools as it relates to NBAC Basketball activities....
Dear Mr. Wilson:
The North Babylon School District Administrators have received, reviewed and evaluated several incidents that occurred involving your group during building use. Most of the complaints were about poor behavior displayed in our buildings during basketball games/practices. Each incident was reported to you when it occurred.
The District Administrators have serious concerns for the safety of other occupants and the unreasonable physical abuse to our facilities. We expect your attendees to respect the facilities and the adult members to supervise all activities for the duration of the events.
Your organization is in danger of losing the privilege to use our facilities. The next incident that occurs during your Building Use for the NBAC Basketball group will cause all future scheduled events in the District to be canceled for the entire organization.
Please advise your coaches and parents of our concerns so that we can avoid this action.
